HPL facade price in 1405 — installation and substructure (approximate table)
Let us be honest about HPL: its sheet price changes day by day and brand by brand, and writing one fixed number misleads more than it helps. What is stable is the installation part: a dry substructure of about 990 thousand to 1.3 million Toman per m² (6 to 8 kg of steel at 165 thousand per kg) and installation labor from 2.5 million.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
For the sheet itself, on the order day we request a same-day quote from the dealer and write the thickness and brand into the pro-forma — because HPL at different thicknesses (usually 6 to 12 mm for facades) carries very different prices.
Why do we still take HPL seriously? Because for projects that want a wood texture or matte colors on a budget below thermowood, HPL is a rational choice — provided the joint and waterproofing details are right. We execute exactly that detail as a specialty.
