CNC metal facade price in 1405 — fabrication and installation labor
CNC pricing hangs on two things: machine hours and the pattern. So instead of one number we give the real range: punch and CNC fabrication labor in Aban 1405 is 2 to 4 million Toman per m²; dense patterns and double-sided work sit at the top of the range.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
After fabrication come paint and installation: double-coat oven paint 1.5 million per meter and substructure and installation from 2.5 million. The sheet itself is priced by weight (steel table on this page) — open patterns need less sheet, solid patterns more.
Our suggestion before ordering: send us the pattern. Usually a small change in density or module repetition cuts machine hours and the same design gets executed at a better price. We review this for you free of charge.

Prices in Tehran and other cities
The main CNC work is done in the factory; in other cities only substructure and installation happen on site and the price difference is usually small.

Tehran is the base of our pricing. Glass and aluminum factories and professional installation crews are all here, so transport costs are low and finding a team is not hard. For high-rise towers, access costs (lifts, suspended platforms) are quoted separately in the estimate.
