Stretch metal (expanded metal) price in 1405 — approximate per-m² table
Stretch metal (expanded metal) cannot be closed with one number, because the weight and mesh opening of the sheet change everything. Still, to give you a starting point, we have tabulated the Aban 1405 ranges: the sheet itself about 700 thousand to 1.2 million Toman per m² (depending on opening and thickness), double-coat oven paint 1.5 million, and substructure and installation from 2.5 million Toman.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
Our simple formula: the weight is known, so the price is known. Stretch metal sheet has a definite weight (depending on the opening, usually a few kilograms per meter) and its substructure is another 6 to 8 kg of steel per m² at 165 thousand Toman per kilogram. So unlike many systems, the price here is almost predictable — only machine hours and the pattern stretch the range.
One practical note that prevents needless cost: a larger opening means more expanded meters from the same raw sheet, i.e., a cheaper meter. If your architect has flexibility, we choose the opening together so it looks good and the cost is sensible.

Prices in Tehran and other cities
Stretch metal sheets are cut and expanded in the factory and then arrive on site, so the price difference between cities is mostly in installation and substructure.
Prices in Tehran
Tehran is the base of our pricing. Glass and aluminum factories and professional installation crews are all here, so transport costs are low and finding a team is not hard. For high-rise towers, access costs (lifts, suspended platforms) are quoted separately in the estimate.

In Isfahan we executed the Isfahan Port project. Isfahan's aluminum industry is strong and factory profile prices show no significant difference from Tehran.
Crew travel and accommodation costs appear separately and transparently in estimates for out-of-town projects. Above roughly 700 m², their effect on the per-square-meter price is usually negligible.
