Dry ceramic facade price in 1405 — porcelain sheet + installation
In dry ceramic, the porcelain brand sets the price, not the labor. In Aban 1405, a 60×120 facade sheet runs from about 1.5 million Toman (economy brands) to 4 million (premium) per m²; slabs and special patterns up to 6 million also exist. Substructure and installation are comparatively stable.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
The dry substructure is priced by weight: 6 to 8 kg of steel per m² at 165 thousand Toman per kilogram, i.e., about 1 to 1.3 million per meter. Dry installation labor also starts from 2.5 million Toman and rises with the difficulty of the work (many cuts, corners, fins).
A reminder that saves your money: for facades, the ceramic must be facade-grade (low water absorption, correct caliber). Cheap floor-grade ceramic was not made for facades and loses its look after two freeze–thaw seasons. We buy the sheet with a same-day quote from the dealer and write the caliber into the pro-forma.

Porcelain sheets are priced nationally (transport adds a little); the main difference between cities is labor and access.
