Composite panel and composite facade installation prices in 1405
Two questions come to us about composite: 'How much is the sheet?' and 'What does installation cost all-in?'. The Aban 1405 answer: the sheet runs from about 450 thousand Toman (economy/signage) to 4.5 million (premium with a 0.5 mm skin), and complete installation with substructure is about 3 to 6.5 million Toman per m².
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
The part nobody tells you: the difference between brands is in the aluminum skin, not the color. Signage-grade sheet has a very thin skin and was not made for facades; two years later it oil-cans. For facades, ask for at least a 0.3 mm skin and PVDF paint.
The substructure is half the story: about 6 to 7 kilograms of steel profile per m² + fabrication and installation. If a pro-forma has no substructure in it, add it manually and then compare.
Aluminum composite panel
Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026)The main difference between brands is the aluminum skin thickness (0.2 to 0.5 mm) and the PVDF coating.
| Item | Unit | Approx. range (Toman) |
|---|---|---|
| Economy / signage sheet | m² | 450,000 to 900,000 |
| Standard sheet (0.30 mm skin) | m² | 3,500,000 |
| Premium sheet (0.5 mm skin, PVDF) | m² | 2,500,000 to 4,500,000 |
| Complete composite installation with substructure | m² | 9,000,000 to 15,500,000 |
Steel and facade substructure
Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026)Priced per kilogram. Substructure weight ranges from roughly 6 to 10 kg per m² of facade depending on the system.
| Item | Unit | Approx. range (Toman) |
|---|---|---|
| Facade substructure — box profile, profiles and 2 mm sheet | kg | 165,000 |
| 15×15 perforated plate (5 or 6 mm) | pc | 400,000 to 500,000 |
| Jenny anchor | pc | 280,000 to 350,000 |
Engineering and overhead
Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026)This share is always in the final total. Wherever you do not see it, something has been cut from the quality of the work.
| Item | Unit | Approx. range (Toman) |
|---|---|---|
| Shop drawings and execution drawings | m² of facade | 250,000 to 600,000 |
| Execution supervision and site management | m² of facade | 200,000 to 500,000 |
| Profit, overhead and company ancillary costs | % of total | 20 |
What pushes the price up or down?
Prices in Tehran and other cities
Composite panels cost roughly the same in every city (transport is added); the main difference is in labor and substructure.
Prices in Tehran
Tehran is the base of our pricing. Glass and aluminum factories and professional installation crews are all here, so transport costs are low and finding a team is not hard. For high-rise towers, access costs (lifts, suspended platforms) are quoted separately in the estimate.
Iran Mall, Aftab 22 and several other residential towers are among our reference projects in Tehran. Whenever you like, you can visit one of our active sites — all the photos on this website are from real projects too.
Prices in Karaj & Alborz
Karaj and the surrounding towns (Mehrshahr, Fardis, Andisheh) are close to Tehran; the price difference from Tehran is usually small and crew commuting is easy.
Karaj's key technical issue is wind. At height, wind load and the wind-bracing detail must be engineered seriously; this affects the amount of profile and fixings and, ultimately, the price.
Prices in Isfahan
In Isfahan we executed the Isfahan Port project. Isfahan's aluminum industry is strong and factory profile prices show no significant difference from Tehran.
Crew travel and accommodation costs appear separately and transparently in estimates for out-of-town projects. Above roughly 700 m², their effect on the per-square-meter price is usually negligible.
Prices in Mashhad
Mashhad is farther away; material transport and crew accommodation are added to the estimate, and we say this openly from the start — not at the end of the job.
Winter cold limits the waterproofing and sealant schedule. If the project is in the right phase, it is better to close the facade before the cold sets in; we plan the timing together.
