Exposed concrete facade price in 1405 — tile + installation (approximate table)
Exposed concrete is one of the most in-demand facades today and its pricing is more transparent than the rest: standard 40×100 and 50×100 tiles in Aban 1405 are about 1.3 to 1.7 million Toman per m² of material, and special patterns (triangular, lattice, grooved) go up to 3 million.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
After material comes installation: a dry substructure (about 6 to 8 kg of steel per meter at 165 thousand Toman per kilogram) and installation labor from 2.5 million. Together that is a complete installation of about 4.8 to 6.2 million Toman per m², without overhead and VAT.
Smart-buying note: the tile surface pattern (plain, grooved, brick-look) and the brand make the price difference. Before ordering, see the tile sample up close — the color and texture of exposed concrete do not come across in photos. We show executed samples and buy the tile with a same-day quote.

Exposed concrete tiles differ little in price between Tehran and other cities (transport is added); installation labor varies slightly with city and height.
