Building facade and facade material prices — approximate Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) table
We built this page because we hear the same single question every day: 'How much is a facade per meter?'. The answer is not one number; it is a range. Here are the approximate Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) ranges — glass, steel, aluminum, composite and the installation of each system — so at least you know what budget you are facing.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
Let us be blunt: these numbers are approximate. The daily material price moves and every project has its own conditions. The number you see in the table is the starting point of a conversation, not a pro-forma. For a real number, send the drawings; we deliver a detailed estimate — line by line and free of charge.
Prices are based on Tehran. In other cities, transport and crew accommodation add a little to the estimate.

This figure is a rough range and does not replace a detailed estimate. All prices depend on the design, location and materials; a firm price is issued after drawings, actual measurements and site conditions are known. For the most current price, send photos of the site and full details via WhatsApp or Rubika.
The rates in this calculator (glass, mullion profiles per the catalog, iron, stainless fittings, composite sheets, etc.) are based on the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) market survey and the company's own catalogs; they are checked against the market daily and updated from the admin panel. Any price that requires a fresh quote shows “call us” instead of a number — because we never publish a price without market research.

Why do we quote a range, not a fixed number?
Why don't we quote a fixed number? Because facade pricing is a combination of several decisions: which profile, how many glass lites and of what quality, how many kilograms of substructure, what the height and access are like. Two towers with the same area can differ twofold in price and both be right.
Some websites write a single number just to pull you into calling. We prefer to give the real range so that before calling, you at least know the distance. If somewhere you see a number far below this table, it almost always means something was removed from the estimate — usually the substructure or the waterproofing.
Before any proforma invoice, check these 4
- Is the material in the estimate, or labor only?
- Are the brand and specifications of the material (thickness, skin, coating) written down?
- Are substructure, waterproofing and fittings listed separately?
- Are shop drawings and supervision part of the job, or billed separately?
