1. A specialized facade team alongside the general contractor (facade package)
- Executive design (where the client requires it) + material supply + installation
- Work across all system types: curtain wall, spider, dry ceramic, HPL, thermowood, composite, exposed concrete, GFRC, punched metal, stretch metal, hybrid and double-skin facades
- Complete handover with quality checklists and technical documentation
2. Capacity to cover large-scale projects
- Experience of installing tens of thousands of square meters of facade (for example, 29,000 m² of composite across four 22-story towers)
- Ability to deploy several installation crews simultaneously
- Careful planning for working in busy, active construction sites
3. Documentation and compliance with client requirements
- Preparation of shop drawings and the technical documents required by the supervising consultant
- Periodic progress reports
- Quality control records, tests, and warranties
4. Flexibility in contract models
- Direct contract with the client, or working as a subcontractor to the general contractor
- Turnkey facade contracts (Design & Build)
- Participation in specialized facade tenders alongside the general contractor
