Cement board price in 1405 — sheet + dry installation (approximate table)
Cement board (fiber cement) is one of the most economical dry facade systems, which is why it is so busy. In Aban 1405, flat sheet runs from about 700 thousand Toman (6 mm) to 1.7 million (12 mm) per m², and wood-grain and colored sheets about 1.1 to 1.6 million. Dry installation labor with substructure also starts from 2.5 million Toman per meter.
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. What wrecks cement board purchases most often is the wrong thickness: thin sheet wrinkles on a facade and thick sheet raises transport and substructure costs for no reason. For exterior facades, 8 to 10 mm is usually the balance point; for ceilings and interior walls 6 mm is enough.
