GFRC facade price in 1405 — approximate per-m² table
GFRC pricing is two separate worlds: simple flat panels and volumetric panels with custom molds. In Aban 1405 a flat panel is about 3 to 5 million Toman of material; volumetric and classic panels with custom molds start from 5 million and special designs go to 8 million and beyond. Complete installation with substructure usually lands around 3.8 to 8 million per m².
All prices are approximate, based on the company's supply rates (Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co.) and the Aban 1405 (Oct–Nov 2026) survey, with Tehran as the base; all rates exclude VAT. Daily material prices change and a firm figure is issued only with a detailed estimate for your project — all numbers must be re-confirmed at contract time.
The reason for this spread is the mold: with GFRC you pay part of the cost to the mold, not just the material. The more often a design repeats, the more the mold cost is divided over the area and the per-meter price falls. This one point usually explains 30 to 40 percent of the gap between offers.
Before ordering GFRC, take two things seriously: rear reinforcement of the panel (mesh and embedded plates for heavy loads) and the connection detail to the substructure. We calculate each panel's weight, engineer the substructure accordingly, and installation labor also starts from 2.5 million Toman per meter.

GFRC panels are produced in the factory and transported to site; in other cities transport and crew accommodation are added to the estimate.
