How do panels differ from in-situ exposed concrete?

Factory panels give a more uniform surface, a cleaner build and a more reliable schedule; in-situ concrete is for structures that stay exposed as structure. For facades, panels are usually the more economical and lower-risk choice.

What about maintenance?

With an initial sealer and protective wax the surface absorbs less and urban grime adheres less; we hand over a periodic maintenance plan with the order.
