How is punch metal sheet priced?

It has four components: raw sheet (by weight — each mm of thickness is about 7.85 kg/m² for steel), powder coating at about 1.5 million or anodizing at 1.7 million Toman, fabrication labor of 2 to 4 million Toman, and installation. We provide the full take-off and estimate from the drawings, free of charge.

What sheet thickness suits a facade?

For a standard facade 1.5 to 2 mm is usually enough; for wide spans and ceilings, 2.5 to 4 mm. We select the thickness based on substructure spacing and wind load — it is clarified in the free estimate.

Do we provide the pattern or do you design it?

Both routes are open: if you have a design we fabricate it industrially; if not, we propose several sample patterns with a facade simulation.

Punch metal is the craft of “orderly holes”: the perforation pattern is what gives the facade its character from a distance. We perforate to your own pattern drawing (or our free design) with industrial or manual punching, and before the order we calculate the sheet weight precisely for the selected thickness — because each millimeter of thickness adds roughly 7.85 kg per square meter and goes straight into the cost.

For perforated ceilings and facades, coating is the single biggest secret of sheet lifespan: electrostatic powder coating is baked in an industrial oven after degreasing and phosphating. Special colours and anodizing are also available to order. We estimate the full scope (sheet + coating + fabrication + connections) from the drawings, free of charge.
