Composite Panel & ACP Facade Installation Prices in 1405

What does a composite sheet cost per square meter, and what does full installation with substructure come to? An approximate table for Aban 1405 covering three sheet classes, plus a breakdown of substructure and labor — and why two composite quotes can never be compared directly.

Composite is the most economical way to a modern facade, and that is why it is also the most in-demand facade system. The client's main question is always the same: 'What does it cost per square meter?' Here is the answer for Aban 1405, with a full breakdown, so you know where your money goes.

First, the sheet. The approximate price of each square meter of composite sheet in Aban 1405: the economical and signage class runs 450,000 to 900,000 Toman; the standard class with a 0.3 to 0.4 mm skin runs 1.2 to 2.5 million Toman; and the premium class with a 0.5 mm skin and PVDF paint runs about 2.5 to 4.5 million Toman.

The difference between brands is not in the color or the name; it is in the aluminum skin. A signage sheet has a very thin skin and is made to cover signboards, not facades. On large panels it ripples after a season or two of heat and cold. For a facade, ask for at least a 0.3 mm skin and PVDF paint — this single line decides several years of the facade's life.

Next, execution. Full composite installation (material + substructure + fabrication and mounting) in Aban 1405 is roughly 3 to 6.5 million Toman per square meter. The substructure needs about 6 to 7 kg of steel tube per square meter, priced at the day's steel rate, plus plates and anchors. The facade geometry — linear, angular or curved — moves the labor cost up and down.

Now the secret behind differing quotes: some suppliers quote 'installation only', some ignore the substructure, and some price a signage sheet. Three quotes with three completely different numbers can all be 'honest' — because they are pricing three different jobs. Comparison only makes sense line by line: sheet brand and skin, kilograms of tube, waterproofing, and shop drawings.

Don't forget the overheads: shop drawings and execution supervision are usually about 20 percent of the final total. Where you don't see this line, either quality has been cut somewhere, or it will come back later as an 'unforeseen cost'.

A few genuine savings tips (not cheapening): buy the sheet in the right class rather than the most expensive; align the facade module layout with the standard sheet width to reduce offcuts; and engineer the substructure density instead of guessing. These three steps usually bring the price down without any damage to the appearance. At Namakaran Fakher Engineering Co. we install composite with an engineered substructure and the right sheet class, and we deliver the estimate fully itemized. If you only need the materials, our Hyper Material service supplies them directly from the factory; if you need installation too, fill in the estimate form.
